Introducing sweet baby Jacob Joseph! This adorable baby boy came to me just 10 days after he was born at the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in East Norriton.
Mom and Dad knew they were going to have a little boy early on, but this family likes to keep their secrets:
Timothy and I couldn’t wait to find out the gender of our baby! We knew that we were having a boy by the time I was ten weeks pregnant. Instead of sharing the gender with our family right away, we decided to host a gender reveal party for them a few weeks later. We invited our immediate families over our house for lunch, and the surprise was in the dessert! At the same time, each family member bit into a cupcake filled with blue icing in the center. Surprise—it’s a boy!
In keeping with the surprises theme, they also kept Jacob’s name under wraps for a while:
Timothy and I decided on “Jacob” quickly in our name search. Similar to the gender, we decided not to share the name with our family and friends until after he was born. It was a fun secret that we enjoyed having just between us.
But this family is about more than just surprises. Jacob’s middle name also has a touching meaning:
Sadly, Timothy’s younger brother, Joseph, passed away unexpectedly a few days before Jacob’s birth. We decided to honor Timothy’s younger brother by using “Joseph” as the middle name.
Mom came in with a solid idea of what she wanted out of this newborn session, from the colors to the poses, and I was so glad I was able to help her to get those perfect photos she wanted.
Danielle & Timothy, thank you so much for bringing your sweet boy to my studio for his first-ever pictures! I loved getting to know your family!
